Terms of service (TERMS_OF_SERVICE)

Seller. KNX Mall (knxmall.ae) is operated by BUTLER SMART MACHINES AND SPARE PARTS TRADING LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, TRN 104128754900003.

Prices. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if a price changes after you order, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders. Your order confirmation email acknowledges your order. Availability and lead time are confirmed after you order; if an item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Collection (Ex-Works) and delivery. Orders can be collected from our Dubai office (Ex-Works) or delivered within the UAE at the rate shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when goods are handed over at our office or delivered to the address you provide. Delivery to other GCC countries is available on request.

Product information. Product data and images come from the manufacturer. KNX devices must be installed and programmed by qualified professionals; selecting suitable products for a project is the buyer's responsibility.

Invoices. We issue a VAT invoice for every order. Business customers can have their company name and TRN on the invoice — reply to the order confirmation with these details.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE ⚠ (lawyer to confirm jurisdiction wording).
